The weld seam is covered with a 100 % pore-free coating at the lowest possible material consumption.
Powder layer thickness and width can be individually selected. The uniform coating thickness is within a very narrow tolerance window which guarantees substantial savings. A constant and even powder flow guarantees a smooth and even application, saving you costs on raw material.
High voltage is monitored even on the receiving side. A loss of high voltage can therefore easily be detected. This guarantees a stable high voltage by lowest current settings.
Powder unit is either equipped with a VIPA- or SIEMENS-CPU.
The high-voltage cascade, installed right inside the powder arm, charging the powder just before application. Our cascades are known to be very durable.
Extraction elements return excess powder back to main unit for reprocessing.

Air dryer is considered as an important extra in order avoid any moisture inside the powder system. It prevents powder from lumping and sticking.
Seam cooler and cooling nozzles are available as an option in conjunction with lacquer and powder coating unit.
Any type of welder exit conveyors, designed by FREI AG, can be retrofitted.
For low speed applications or budget-friendlier investments, you may choose the fresh powder container over the powder drum evacuator (PDE).
savePro is placed after the application nozzle and guarantees that no uncoated canbodies are being further processes within the line. An immediate welder stop is triggered when a coating-failure is detected and all canbodies, currently processed in the welder, are ejected.
